How long do I have to test the product?
You have a 2-day testing period from the date of purchase to evaluate your product.

You can request a refund if:
The product doesn't match the description on our website.
The product arrives damaged or defective.
The product doesn’t meet your needs (within the 2-day testing period).
What items are not eligible for a refund?
Items showing signs of misuse or mishandling.
Products with excessive wear beyond basic testing.
Returns requested after the 2-day testing period.
What charges are refundable?
For "changed mind" cases, only the product cost is refundable (excluding shipping and VAT).
For incorrect or damaged items, a full refund is provided, including shipping and VAT.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 10% restocking fee applies to unwanted items or incorrect orders.
What happens with damaged or misused items?
Depreciation costs may apply for misused or broken items, and refunds may be granted on special requests.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
For damaged or incorrect items, KFDirect covers the return shipping costs. For "changed mind" cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
